At the end of the day, when someone is looking for a new position, something is bothering them at their last job, for them to have made the decision to look for something new and different. Money is very often not the primary factor. There’s almost always other factors that are making them unhappy, and this is what we have to find out. And it has to be something that we can fix, something that is different then what they have to offer for our company. Otherwise, we know that it is not a good fit for this role.
