OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
At BlueSky Personnel Solutions, our reputation and our business is directly dependent upon the skills and quality of our candidates. With the hope and intent of promoting and presenting only the very best candidates for potential employment, including needs for bilingual employees, we have in place the following, comprehensive screening process -
Resumé Submission - Candidates are initially requested to submit a detailed personal and employment resume, detailing job goals, education, qualifications and working experience.
Phone Interview - Candidates are requested to be available for an initial telephone interview as a more personal opportunity to discuss general qualifications and expectations. Candidates being considered for a specific and more immediate employment opportunities will receive priority.
Onsite Interview - You will come to BlueSky Personnel Solutions office where, after about 15 minutes of paperwork, you will meet with one of our team members. In addition, depending on the role, we will conduct a review and/or skills testing related to specific job requirements. For more senior or management roles, we may conduct more indepth evaluation and psychometric testing. Following, we will again meet to review your expectations and discuss employment potential.
Reference Check - You will need to provide us with two manager-level references from current or past employers which we check upon getting a job ofer. Additional security and credit checks may be required depending upon the employment opportunity.
